Rethinking Bipolar 
This is especially true in the treatment of addiction. Addicts/alcoholics suffer wild mood swings coming off drugs (and medication) for long periods. Slap another diagnosis on them and more drugs (gratefully received) and recovery is impossible. Nothing but a confidence trick. I believe the pharmas are targeting addiction clinics.
