To get through the plandemic, while unable to tolerate any kind of psychiatric drugs, I was assigned a peer support worker.

I just had my weekly phone call from him. We discussed many things including a few songs that have helped us through confusing times.

I have decided it worth adding a few links to a few songs that in some way connect to extremes of mood.
