    So true Roger and when you think about it. It is common sense. When people take this on board so many chronic conditions and ailments could cease.
    You can lead a horse to water however you can’t make it drink. There are those that will die of thirst then wonder what happened. ……my analogy. ….


  2. Hi Ruth, I like your analogy. Amuses me, as surely the horse that dies of thirst is not going to be wondering anything at all. Although sadly I am finding increasingly people who have been eating the wrong foods are struggling so much they just cannot take any new information in – so it is like they are there next to the water but not able to drink.
